We are Samantha and Teresa, we moved to Worthing in late 2012 from West London.
We got the poke in the ribs at that "certain age", witnessing mobile phones being used for anything but making calls, tape mixes becoming playlists and Elton John remodelling as an OAP.
Since we opened in 2012 we have seen many changes, we are super proud to be part of the growing success of the food and drink scene in Worthing. Both as a family owned and run business but also as customers ourselves, it is a real credit to the hard work and success of every independent business in Worthing, it's jolly hard work but the rewards are terrific. The opportunity to live and work between the sea and the South Downs, how can that be a bad thing??
We take very seriously how Munch can contribute to the thriving community of Worthing. Charity support aplenty, work experience, continuous improvement, green issues and our carbon footprint.
We pride ourselves with the team we work with, we would be nothing without them. Training is essential and we are always keeping our eyes on the prize: what do our customers want and what can we do better. As we've been reminded once or twice, God loves a trier. . .
We have a great floor space for buggies and wheelchairs, 6-high chairs and a dedicated children's menu. We also encourage dog walkers, well-behaved four-legged family members are welcome, we ask you keep them on their leads.
As the foundation stone of our Business we offer our relaxed and welcoming independent coffee house, coupled with a fresh and tasty menu. A real choice from the usual suspects, and yes the bikes in the shopfront are ours, we ride them every day to and from work.
